Yeagulch Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Yeagulch. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a clear and straightforward return process.

Please note that some products may be subject to additional policies from manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers. For those items, please contact the respective provider directly. Our policy complies with applicable local laws in the United States, Canada, and Australia.


CANCELLATION

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours after placing your order but before shipment, a transaction fee will be deducted from your refund (2.6% for Credit Card, 3.6% for PayPal, 3.3% for Klarna).

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or after 30 days from the shipment date.


RETURNS

  • We accept returns for items purchased from Yeagulch in the US, Canada, and Australia.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • For quality-related issues, we provide a full refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery.

⚠️ If your order has already shipped, please accept delivery and then contact our support team to initiate a return. Rejecting a shipment may result in a double shipping fee deduction from your refund.

  • For returns in the US, shipping costs and transaction fees (2.6% Credit Card / 3.6% PayPal) will be deducted.


RETURN PROCESS

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@yeagulch.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. We will provide detailed instructions on how to pack and return the item.

  3. Please ensure all original accessories and parts are included.


REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days and issued back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank account).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully issued.
