1. Overview & Warranty Period

Yeagulch ("we", "our", or "us") warrants that Yeagulch-branded Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries ("Products") are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

⚠️ Official Store Exclusive
This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Yeagulch's official store or authorized distributors. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, Ubuy, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins from the date of original shipment.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Warranty Coverage & Remedies

This warranty covers functional defects, including a commitment that the battery will retain at least 70% of its original rated capacity during the warranty period.

Additional Terms:

  • A replaced or repaired product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Order number and proof of purchase

  • Product serial number (SN)

  • Detailed problem description and photos/videos (if applicable)

Step 2: Diagnosis
Our technical team will respond within 2 business days to assess the issue.

Step 3: Return Authorization
If a return is required, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Step 4: Shipping & Resolution
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we'll promptly repair or replace your product.

4. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Use with non-Yeagulch or incompatible accessories, chargers, or inverters

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, liquid exposure, fire, or natural disasters

  • Modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repair

  • Improper installation, storage, or operation not following the user manual

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches)

  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers or resellers

  • Capacity degradation above the 70% retention threshold

5. Important Disclaimers

Critical Use Restriction:
Yeagulch batteries must not be used in life-support systems, medical equipment, or any application where failure could cause injury or death.
Such use voids this warranty, and Yeagulch assumes no liability for damages arising from it.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeagulch's total liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies stated above.
We shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
